More than $37.5 million has been raised toward the $40-million Lillis Business
Complex. Almost $2.5 million in private and corporate funding is still needed
to complete Phase I. This state-of-the-art new building is a testament to the
will and passion of the college's alumni and friends, and the Oregon business
community. Phase II is a $5 million renovation and seismic upgrade of the existing
historic wings.
