There are a number of student organizations that offer a variety of extra-curricular
opportunities for business students at the University of Oregon.
LCB-AFFILIATED ORGANIZATIONS
Alpha Kappa Psi -- Supplements
traditional classroom experience through business field trips, seminars,
career activities and other professional events.
American Marketing Association (AMA) --
Exposes students to the field of marketing through informative speakers, career
development
workshops and other business related activities.
Beta Alpha Psi (BAP) -- Encourages
and provides recognition of scholastic and professional excellence in the
field of accounting.
Entrepreneurship Club -- Fostering the spirit of entrepreneurship in a
stimulating, fun, and social way.
International Business and Economics Club (IBEC) -- The International Business and Economics Club exists to provide students with the opportunity to actively explore the world in its growing interdependent state through hands-on projects and research related to business and economic development.
Investment Group -- Gain understanding of financial
markets by managing a real portfolio.
Sustainable Business Group (SBG) -- Fosters a dialogue
on achieving sustainability in our business endeavors and invites professionals to present to the College and University
community.
University of Oregon Real Estate Organization (UO REO) --
Offers valuable experience to it's members by providing educational opportunities, hands on knowledge, and internships in
real estate through networking with industry professionals.
Warsaw Sports Business Club -- Provides a platform for undergraduate students to gain insight, experiences
and opportunities in the field of sports business through guest speakers, experiential learning, club meetings, leadership and networking.

Toastmasters UO Chapter -- University of Oregon Toastmasters is a structured, yet informal environment that works to reflect the University culture. Each meeting gives everyone an opportunity to practice conducting meetings, giving impromptu speeches, presenting prepared speeches, and offering constructive evaluation.
