Evaluating and Negotiating Job Offersnegotiations

Congratulations! You have been offered a job. Now what?

There is more to evaluating a job offer than looking at salary. Identifying your values and comparing them with your offer will help you determine the match and whether or not you should consider negotiating.

Consider the following list. Which factors are most important to you? Add any factors that do not appear on the list that are significant to you. Rate each item from 1 (not important) to 5 (most important) to determine critical factors in your decision-making process.
