Biography:
James Chang directs the career development activities for business students.
In addition to providing individual career advising,
conducting professional skill building workshops, and coordinating career
exploration programs incorporating alumni, he works directly with a variety
of employers to facilitate students' job and internship search success.
James has been with the Lundquist College since 1999.
Jessica Best, Assistant Director for Career Advising

Biography:
Jessica provides valuable career development programs that help prepare
students to find meaningful and fulfilling work. She is available for
individual advising sessions and conducts workshops and presentations on
resume/cover letter writing, interview skills, networking, and other career
related topics. Previously she worked as a career advisor at the UO Career
Center and joined LCB in June 2007.
Bill Sherman, Assistant Director for Employer Relations
Degree History: M.B.A., George Fox University B.A., Management of Human Resources, George Fox University
Biography: Bill Sherman coordinates a variety of employer relations programs
that help connect graduate and undergraduate students with full-time jobs,
internships, and valuable networking opportunities. In addition, Bill
is available for individual career consultations. Bill Sherman joined
the college in April of 2005. Previously, he worked for the Oregon Employment
Department and the Veterans Administration, where he was involved in career
counseling, training, and employment assistance programs.
Bethany Rexford, Office and Communications Coordinator
Biography: Bethany Rexford performs a wide range of office support, technical, and/or minor administrative
or business related tasks in support of campus programs or operations. She joined our office in
November of 2006. If you are a business student you will most likely receive an email from her,
since she organizes LCB Career Services events.
