Boren Study Abroad Awards

This federally funded program provides U.S. students with the opportunity to study world regions critical to U.S. interests (including Africa, Asia, Central & Eastern Europe, Eurasia, Latin America, and the Middle East). Undergraduate students are eligible for up to $20,000 in scholarships to study in countries that are underrepresented in study-abroad programs. Graduate students can apply for up to $30,000 in international and language fellowships.

Mr. Fahrman has fifteen years of financial markets experience serving as the head trader for emerging market trading desks at Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs.
