Finance and Securities Analysis Center Curriculum

Overview

It's been said that it takes three to four years of on-the-job experience to make an impact in the financial services industry. The amount of time might be debatable, but its unquestionable that real-world experience is essential. That's why the Finance and Securities Analysis Center offers dynamic and applied learning opportunities to accelerate and deepen the learning experience.

But it all starts in the classroom. The Finance and Securities Analysis Center curriculum emphasizes analytical rigor in both accounting and finance, developing a strong and integrated skill set for the variety of financial professions. Quantitative techniques are combined with theory, case analysis, and discussion to develop a complete view from both the "top down" and "bottom up" perspectives.

Academics
