Lundquist College of Business Student Clubs

Clubs offer a variety of extra-curricular opportunities for undergraduate and graduate business students. Please see Club Guidelines if you're interested in forming a club.

  • Alpha Kappa Psi--Supplements traditional classroom experience through business field trips, seminars, career activities and other professional events.

  • Beta Alpha Psi (BAP)--Encourages and provides recognition of scholastic and professional excellence in the field of accounting.

  • Beta Gamma Sigma--An honor society with the mission of encouraging and honoring academic achievement and personal excellence in the study and practice of business. Members are invited to join in the fall, winter and spring, based on their class standing by GPA.

  • Entrepreneurship Club--Fosters the spirit of entrepreneurship in a stimulating, fun, and social way.

  • eBiz Club--Focuses on information systems and operations management (ISOM) experiential opportunities and career development.

  • International Business and Economics Club (IBEC)--Provides students with the opportunity to actively explore the world in its growing interdependent state through hands-on projects and research.

  • Oregon MBA Association (OMBAA)--Serves as a link between the student body and program administration and sponsors extracurricular activities, such as international nights, an annual ski trip, and professional events.

  • Sustainable Business Group (SBG)--Fosters a dialogue on achieving sustainability in our business endeavors and invites professionals to present to the college and university community.

  • Toastmasters UO Chapter--Gives everyone an opportunity to practice conducting meetings, giving impromptu speeches, presenting prepared speeches, and offering constructive evaluation.

  • UO American Marketing Association (AMA)--Exposes students to the field of marketing through informative speakers, career development workshops, and other business related activities.

  • UO Investment Group--Advances understanding of financial markets by managing a real portfolio.

  • UO Net Impact--Brings together MBA students with others interested in sustainability and links with the national Net Impact network of more than 10,000 leaders. Join UO NetImpact on Facebook, and LinkedIn.

  • Women In Business--Focuses on empowerment of women in the area of professional development.

  • Warsaw Sports Business Club--Provides a platform to gain insights, experiences, and opportunities in the field of sports business through guest speakers, experiential learning, club meetings, leadership, and networking.
