Leadership and Communication's mission is to help transform students into professionals by supporting the Lundquist College of Business students and faculty in the following areas:
- Leadership
- Communication: Writing, Presentations, Cross-Cultural Communication
- Team Building
- Ethics Education
- Experiential Education

Leadership in Action
Leadership in Action offers a unique experiential opportunity for undergraduate students looking to apply their leadership and communication skills with a real organization. Leadership in Action pairs teams of students with local nonprofits and government organizations to complete a term-long project that has real value for the organization.
Past Leadership in Action partner organizations have included

- Lane Workforce Partnership
Leadership and Communications instructors are always looking for new organizations with whom students can work. If you are with a nonprofit or government organization and would like a team of bright and dedicated business students to work on a project with you, please contact:
