Advising Appointments
Our professional academic advisors, Jeanne Coe, Heather Bottorff, Kim Rambo-Reinitz, Tayah Butler, Jamie Hoag Barnett, and Crystal Coleman are available by appointment only. Please call 541-346-3303, or stop by 203 Peterson to schedule an appointment.
Students are encouraged to schedule an appointment between weeks two and six of the term. During weeks one and seven through eleven, students need to plan in advance in order to set up an appointment with an academic advisor as demand increases at the start of the term and during registration periods.
Students should meet with a peer advisor before scheduling an appointment with a professional advisor. Any student requesting an exception should set up an appointment with an advisor.

Peer Advising
Peer advising information is available here. The Lundquist College's peer advisors are here to assist you during office hours, Monday through Thursday from 10 a.m. through 4 p.m. Peer advisors are not permitted to advise outside office hours because they do not have access to our online note taking system and because of issues relating to student privacy.
Tutoring
The Braddock Tutoring Center , located in 155 Lillis, offers free tutoring for all undergraduate business students in a wide variety of subjects. The center is open Monday through Thursday from 11 to 4. Additionally, there is tutoring for BA 101 in 293 Anstett Hall, open Monday through Friday from 12 to 5. Writing, speaking, and strategic thinking tutoring is also available through the Integrated Communication Program located in 145 Lillis, open Monday through Thursday from 8-8 except in summers.
